I contacted them about opening an account and they never replied to me. If this is how they deal with potential clients who can bring them new funds, how would they deal with actual clients? I'll go elsewhere.

Nothing to complain. I liked how they handled my bank accounts with ease and without any worries. Their customer service is also good.
