Their staff were friendly, helpful, competent and polite professionals. It was a nice experience working and communicating with them throughout the whole process.

Poor service was provided. It took almost a month to open an offshore account and they could not give a valid reason for the delay. Had I not contacted them for the status of my request, then I would not have known that there was a problem with the signed documents.
