I used their services a few months back to help me find a nice offshore property to invest my retirement funds on and I'm glad it was Coldwell Banker that I decided to work with. They were very helpful, decent professionals, easy to work and communicate with throughout the whole process. Luckily, I found the perfect property. There were a few revisions I had to make with the house I got but then again, they were really a great help.

With the help of Coldwell Banker Turks and Caicos, I found the perfect property to purchase. Very good location, facilities and community at a very reasonable price. Their agents were easy to work and communicate with throughout the whole process.

They were helpful and professional. I liked their properties an I'm glad that I got to work with them. We purchased 2 lots and developed a good size house. Overall it was a great experience with this offshore real estate agency.

We hired Caldwell banker in the Turks and Caicos to help us by our dream condominium on Grace Bay Beach near Providenciales. Michelle was fantastic throughout the entire process. She worked with us to find properties that we would like that were also within our price range and then handled everything from there. We couldn't be more pleased and we would highly recommend Caldwell and specifically Michelle – if you hire her to help you buy property in the Turks and Caicos you will be glad that you did!
