Lack of communication from this firm. You can call and leave messages every day for a week and not get a reply. Emails are rarely answered, you really have to persevere to get any response. When I did get hold of the Partner dealing with the issue he made promises which he didn't keep. When I asked for an update one month after the deadline I was told not to ask again. 3 months later no news. Not just poor service, hostile service. Avoid this firm!
