I'm aware that there are a dozen of offshore attorneys in Panama and Gerli & Co is one of the best I have worked with. They are very informative, helpful and patient with all my needs. They always make sure that all my offshore concerns are addressed. I have been using their services for over a year and I'm definitely staying with them.

We used Gerli and Company to help us set up Panamanian structures to hold our home in Panama and to register our yacht. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and graciously put up with our multitude of questions. We will continue to retain them for many years to come and would not hesitate to recommend them if you need Panamanian legal assistance especially as it concerns setting up offshore corporations, using that to purchase offshore property and also offshore boat registration. These guys are fantastic!!!
