We used Morningstar to set up an offshore company and trust. They did a good job. Paperwork was reasonable and we had our company papers in less than two weeks. Good service, especially for Nevis.

I believe MorningStar is the biggest registered agent in Nevis. Forming a company through them was easy and streamlined. They require the usual stuff, but everything was sent in by email which streamlined the process. Their prices were reasonable as well. So they are very good choice for forming in Nevis IBC or LLC.
