I am a US citizen and worked directly with Southpac to have them draft an international trust and serve as trustee. I worked with a Southpac lawyer as they drafted the trust and incorporated provisions to handle my existing estate plan and revokable living trust. They have standard fees that are fair and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I used southpac to form a trust in cook islands. They did a good job, the trust was delivered on time and their prices were very competitive. I've also used them to set up a cook islands offshore company. Same thing - they did a good job, got the company to me quickly and did everything I asked.
