Avoid at all costs! This company lacks transparency, and will use delayed business tactics as well as threats and randomly putting the addition of fees to influence your business decisions in their favour. Stay far away, or spend more time and money defending your new IBC because of their tactics including with holding information putting your company is at risk.

This is the worst offshore provider I have ever encountered. They overcharge, threaten and intimidate. I felt like a victim, not a customer. They bring Belize into disrepute and should be struck off the register in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with them.

There are many places to form a Belize company, but avoid these guys. They stack on extra fees (compared to what their website says) and calling them is nearly impossible. Go somewhere else.
