I was very doubtful at the beginning and didn't expect anything to work. After following the instructions to merge my account with the new zb-exchange.io system and reactivating it, my withdrawal was successful and fast.

Support is lousy. I have put in two requests to lift my withdrawal for my ADA account and each time the response from support is solved. It has not been solved and still in Suspend mode for my withdrawal. The information note says "Network busy". It has been in Suspended mode for two days.
